Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate management and possess knowledge of Market Rate, Section 8, and contract negotiation.

Duties:

- Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors including upgrades
- Conduct property inspections and oversee move-in/move-out processes
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle leasing inquiries, showings, and lease renewals
- Utilize strong phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders

Experience:

- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration
- Familiarity with Market Rate, Section 8, and legal administrative processes
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Proficiency in sales techniques for leasing purposes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and team members
